Title: Vegetarian Hungarian Goulash

1cPotatoes; peeled; sliced
1cOnions; chopped
2lgGarlic cloves; pressed
1 1/4tsPaprika
1/2tsCaraway seeds
1 Bouillon cube; vegetable
2tb; water
1cPeas; fresh or frozen
1/2tsBlack pepper
2cTomatoes, fresh; chopped
3 1/2tsMarjoram
1/4cSafflower oil or veg stock
3cNoodles, eggless; cooked

In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients, except the noodles. Cook over medium heat, covered for 30 to 40 minutes, then serve over hot noodles.
